Bhanedge Services (OPC) Private Limited is committed to providing transparent and fair refund practices for all event packages purchased through our website.
1. General Policy
All our services are related to event planning, decoration, and management. Since these are time-based and service-oriented offerings, they are not physical goods and therefore do not follow a traditional βreturnβ system.
However, refunds may be applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Event cancellation within the eligible cancellation period
- Failure to deliver services due to reasons attributable to our company
- Duplicate payment or technical payment errors
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellations made too close to the event date (as per cancellation policy)
- Services already partially or fully delivered
- Custom arrangements already purchased or booked (decorations, vendors, materials, etc.)
- Customer failure to provide correct event details or venue access
4. Refund Calculation
If eligible, refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Vendor and third-party charges
- Material and decoration costs
- Labor, transport, and setup expenses
- Administrative or processing fees
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
6. Returns Policy
Since our services are intangible and event-based, returns are not applicable. Once a service is booked and executed, it cannot be returned like a physical product.
7. Modifications or Changes
Customers may request changes to their booking instead of cancellation, subject to:
- Availability
- Additional charges (if applicable)
- Advance notice before the event date
8. Company Rights
Bhanedge Services reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification of booking details and service status.
