1. Cancellation Requests

2. Cancellation Timeline
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will be eligible for limited refund after deducting preparation and booking costs.
- Cancellations made less than 48–72 hours before the event are generally non-refundable, as arrangements and materials would already be in progress.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following costs may be deducted from any eligible refund:
- Vendor or third-party bookings
- Decoration materials purchased or prepared
- Transport and labor charges
- Any administrative or processing fees
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
5. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
- Customers are encouraged to request rescheduling instead of cancellation.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional charges depending on changes in date, venue, or package.
6. Company Rights
- Bhanedge Services reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues.
- In such cases, a suitable refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
