2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website.
  • Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be completed online to confirm the booking.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our team.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within the time mentioned in your selected package.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and service preparation stage.
  • Any non-refundable costs (such as materials, vendor bookings, etc.) will be deducted.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 48–72 hours before the event date.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on changes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate event details, location, and timing.
  • Necessary permissions (venue access, local approvals, etc.) must be arranged by the customer unless specified.
  • Any damage caused to our materials or team due to negligence may be chargeable.

6. Service Limitations

  • Services will be delivered as per the selected package. Any additional requirements will be charged separately.
  • While we strive for perfection, minor variations in decoration or setup may occur due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

  • Bhanedge Services is not liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, and package designs are the property of Bhanedge Services and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Privacy

  • Customer information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used only for service and communication purposes.
